100% Architecture is appointed as design advisor on an Indian cultural centre for a charitable funder. Our scope of service is to advise on the representation of English architecture with specific design recommendations that will contribute to the story of India’s rich cultural and artistic heritage. Engagement by video conference with the lead architect in India allows us to integrate fully with other consultants with disparate architectural traditions contribute to a single varied, yet holistic design challenge. Appointment on this project allows for an unpredictable ‘advice on demand’ service. Flexibility of output is key and advice is communicated in various mediums to suit any aspects or items that are raised.
Technical Assessment - Experience
The founder was also employed by a reputable architectural firm to carry out compliance checking for a high rise apartment residential tower block in Silvertown, London. Reviews focussed on Building Regulation Compliance, Nationally Described Space Standards and integration of services, structural, landscaping design packages. The reviews also included the application of fire engineering and acoustic reports. The outcome of the reviews were captured in sketch form for ease of understanding, also written reports to capture comprehensive commentary and tracking of design compliance.
