100% Architecture has approximately 25 years experience in architectural design in a variety of sectors Primarily this is in the private residential sector, but also includes industrial, healthcare, leisure, retail, primary and further education and commercial sectors. We provide services to private and commercial clients. This broad experience base ensures adaptability to any design challenge.
Design Philosophy
Regardless of which sector we work in, our approach is the same: to listen carefully to our clients, establish a considered client brief for a project, understand the challenges and the fundamental drivers that generate a design; working not from precedents, but from first principles. Obtaining feedback from our clients is essential to our iterative design process, so this is encouraged to achieve and optimum design outcome. We can develop a design in whatever way our clients prefer, however, we encourage a video conference design review that allows the design to be adjusted ‘live’ and enables immediate feedback. We find this to be a very efficient way of progressing the design. No design is finalised until our clients are fully satisfied with our work.
