Professional Background
For a significant proportion of my career as an architect, I was employed by established architectural companies in the capacity of a project architect to associate director, leading small and large projects and multi-disciplinary teams for a variety of clients. This gave me an extraordinary depth of technical and project management experience, but I needed to channel my energy into something new - a fresh challenge.

 

Instigator of Change
The pandemic of 2020 was a pivotal moment in my career and professional circumstances laid the foundations for a new start. In 2022 circumstances encouraged a decisive step forward to establish my own business. Based on a breadth of client service and depth of technical knowledge gleaned over 30 years, 100% Architecture was born.

All our fee quotations are clearly defined with costs and milestones clearly noted. Other consultant costs and application costs that may apply are also noted where possible, so that our clients as best informed as they can be before taking on a project.
